Refund Conditions:

1. You cannot remove our access to the seller account until your refund is approved.
2. You may be asked to put down or to stop using any work done from the beginning of the services till the refund. For Example: Listings, images that created by us, advertising campaigns, any license, documents, etc.
3. Once refund is processed, you can expect your refund within 10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

We follow very transparent policies for our customers to provide them with the best experience and work:

1. An order placed cannot be considered for cancellation after 12 hours of order placement. In case if the team has initiated the work or once the customer communication is started with the team, no cancellation will be accepted.
2. No cancellations would be entertained for the services that our marketing team has offered to the customers on special occasions like New Year, Christmas, Diwali, Holi, etc.
3. Once payment is made by you, the amount cannot be returned back / refunded in any case. But the payment amount can be adjusted for any future order within 120 days.
4. Any issues raised on projects from the customer would not be entertained if it is related to any third-party service or software like hosting, domain, server, email, images, videos, plugins, etc.

In case you have not received the accurate services as promised or shown on the website, then contact us with the issues to our support team or sales team notice within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will take appropriate action on same.
